Dr. Greg E. Johnson is an experienced educational leader and practitioner with 29 years in public education, spanning PK–12 administration, instructional leadership, and professional learning. He currently serves as Director of Early Childhood and Special Services for the Blue Springs R-IV School District, providing strategic oversight for district-wide early learning, special education, and inclusive practices. His work focuses on systems-level improvement, including curriculum development, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and social-emotional learning. His leadership has been recognized at the state and national levels, including honors from the Missouri School Boards’ Association and Parents as Teachers National Center. He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from William Woods University and is committed to preparing future leaders through practice-based, standards-aligned learning experiences that bridge research and application in PK–12 settings.
